- ABA undergirds this program to teach observable and measurable skills to transfer to the workplace

My job provides a fulfilling sense of purpose, allowing me to be productive and make the most of my time away from home.

Our Philosophy
For the neurodivergent adults we serve, the goal is to support them as they develop skills across a variety of self-selected areas that will result in them becoming a productive, socially connected, and personally fulfilled member of his or her community.
Our goal is to also meet the needs of individuals who have either been unserved or underserved by more traditional day services due to other options being conducted in larger group settings (which may be overstimulating), defaulting to an expectation requiring following verbal instructions, and generally may be restricted in their ability to accept individuals with behavioral concerns. Our ABA-trained team has the dual capacity to serve individuals with more significant cognitive, language, or behavioral needs on one end of the spectrum while also serving more independent individuals with goals for volunteer work or supported employment.

Business Network
As part of the Program Forge, we are developing a network of partner businesses and organizations to connect companies with amazing talent.

At Phigenics, hiring neurodiverse adults has enriched our company culture by fostering greater empathy and collaboration, strengthening our team dynamics. Moreover, we’ve experienced productivity gains and measurable business outcomes as a result of embracing neurodiverse talent.

Business Opportunities
For our Community Partners (businesses and other organizations) in Northwest Arkansas, our goal is to:
Increase awareness of the benefits of creating a truly neurodiverse workforce.
Provide education on the incredible value that can be brought to their organizations by neurodivergent adults and supporting those organizations as they move toward embracing all people within the workplace.
Provide training on how to provide supports and accommodations for neurodivergent employees generally.
If a neurodivergent employee is hired: Provide individualized training on how to support and accommodate that specific individual.
Work with the supervisor team to establish a mentor within the organization for the employee.
Extended support in the workplace, depending on individual needs. This could range from staffed support at the worksite, to remote mentorship, to periodic check-ins with the employee and their supervisor/mentor.
