Amy Kelly, MBA, MNM is mother to Danny (25), Annie (24) and Ryan (22). Her daughter Annie has severe autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, general anxiety disorder and verbal apraxia. Amy has over twenty years of personal and professional hands-on experience in navigating the world of autism, IDD and special needs, advocacy and special education and is the National Director of Family Engagement for Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. She serves as a family partner and advisor on several boards and health systems in the community, locally and nationally, including: the American Board of Pediatrics Foundation, the American Academy of Pediatrics – Section on Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics Executive Committee and the Autism Subcommittee of the Council on Children with Disabilities, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the Autism Care Network (ACNet) and SLS (Supporting Lifelong Success for Neurodiverse Adults). Additionally, Amy is a frequent presenter, podcast guest and author of several publications and articles. Amy was a 2013 LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) Fellow from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and has her MBA from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University.
